Hi friends. On a day like today, in 1994 rockstar Kurt Cobain, singer of Nirvana, passed away. I wanted to pay tribute to him by making a small drawing. The first image shows the reference photo. The second image is the drawing I made with marker on paper. The third image is the drawing already vectorized and colored with Illustrator. Process: I used pencil and paper to make the sketch. Then I went over it with a Sharpie marker. It took me about 15 minutes. I then digitized the image, using the DocScan App on my phone. I sent it to my laptop. There I vectorized it and placed color with Adobe Illustrator. It took me about 45 minutes. The whole process took approximately 1 hour. I hope you like it. Criticism and opinions are welcome.
