I don't think it's nonsense. This makes sense to me. I agree that it's better to be alone than live your life depending on someone for happiness. It's better to be alone and make yourself genuinely happy instead of being in a toxic relationship. And it's better to be alone than having companions who have bad effects on you. Better live alone than have a complicated relationship with people.
