Yo! so ayun naubusan ako ng ulam haha so I walk outside then nakakita ako ng pwedeng iulam Calamares ft. Ulo ng manok namiss ko ung gantong ulam ang sarap din ng sawsawan sira diet ko pero as you can see onti lang yung rice this is my technique to keep in shape kahit madami kang nakakain lagi kong minimake sure na mas madami yung ulam kesa sa carbs which is rice lmao HAHA Lunch everyone?
