Two weeks update - stagnation
Hey guys, Monday and new week are here, and I want to wish you all a great one. New week means new update on my workout progress. I really should stop talking about things in advance. In the last update, I said that I don't expect my last week results to be as good as the previous ones. Mainly because I planned to continue the same exercises as the previous week, and just to get better at them, not to push myself more. When you do workout, and have a goal, results get slower by the time, just because it's harder to take off that last inch, then the first one. However, this was not the reason for my bad results. Reason was not exercising almost at all. Yes, I know. Disappointing. I ended up with fewer days working out, then rest days. I was more active, and I did a lot of walking this weekend, so this surly helped my results not to be worse. My weekend was busy, my brother came, but I will write about it more in the next articles.
Also, I didn't eat that well this week. I had fast food twice. It's not too bad, but I would avoid it if I could. It was just more convenient that way, because we didn't have much time to prepare, etc. Today, I am back on track and I already had a smoothie to start my day with. This time I chose some wild berries combination, so it was pink.
As far as my results are concerned, I stagnated mostly. All measurements are same expect my lower belly which somehow went down for 1.5 cm. This was surprising, and overall good that it didn't become worse, so I didn't annul previous results and progress.
For this week I plan to continue normal, but again, I am a bit scared in advance, because I am going home, and I hope I will be able to maintain routine there as well, but it will probably be hard. Also, I will not eat as healthy as I am (trying) here. Holidays are coming, which means a lot of tasty but not so healthy food. Also, I am staying home for a while, and more holidays are coming up next weekend. But we will see. At least I will be outside more and more active, that will help for sure. Just like it did this week.
Lately, my articles are not so good, I guess, but I will continue to write and try to get better. I have some interesting subjects from last weekend to write about in the next days, and also this week should be fun.
