Eurovision semi-final 2

Hey guys, I am back with another Eurovision Song Contest, and this one is about second semi-finals night. This one is way more interesting for me, because, tonight will perform our representative, Konatrakta, with song "In corpore sano". She will be preforming under number 3. And for me, no doubt, she will go to the final. I wanted to post this article in real time, before results are out, but I came home much later, so I am not even watching in the real time. This is why I use future tense, but by the time I publish a post, this semi-final will already be over.

Konstrakta with her song was a surprise even in Serbia, and she won even tho she wasn't favorite. I think she is the winner already, as she became much more popular and promoting her music to people who never heard about her, or that kind of music. What I also like about her, is her performance, it is very simple yet very visualizing. She has a very catchy verse, and also a catchy "dance" that follows it, and people who follow Eurovision already know it very well. Also, I am very proud we are still singing in Serbian, like always. This time though, the song also has Latin lyrics which is the first time in Eurovision history.

Our representative, Konstrakta, already won second place, for best lyrics in this Eurovision. This is important, because it means that people did translate and understood her lyrics. How I would describe song to you? The song talks about health, how much it is important, how much we are focused on that, and are we really, really healthy deep inside? That is what Latin part says actually, "Mens sana corpore sano ", which means "in healthy body, healthy spirit". The song has good lyrics, so it can be interpreted in more ways, but the  main subject is health, which is important subject now days, I think you would agree.

As I am watching this semi-final, this time it's harder to say who I think will go to the finals. So far, I can say, Serbia for sure, and I will have to see recap before deciding. Many different and interesting songs, but nothing stands out that much.

This was much harder then first night, and again, I am just predicting who I think will be in top 10, not which songs I liked the most. So here they are: Serbia, Azerbaijan, Malta, Finland, Georgia, Estonia, Belgum, Sweden, Checz republic. Again, I don't have 10, but don't know who to chose among rest. I will update after results.

Okey. So that was crazy reading of results, we had to wait till end to see our country. Anyway from the rest, again, I didnt get all right, but I have to say, I didn't expected to see Poland, Australia and Romania go through. Specially now, I checked odds, Poland has high chances, and I really don't see anything in that song.

Anyway it will be interesting final, I predict Konstrakta in top 5, but we will see.
