Papay's Day

Olah!

I've been a whole lot busy today compare to my son's birthday. Because it's the King's day. Our Pader dear's birthday is today so we prepare a great surprise for him.

Since it's a surprise, he didn't remember that it's his birthday today. I did some grocery and some reservations for the food yesterday and print some tarpauline with his picture on it.

So imagine us preparing some desserts in the kitchen while Papay is in the living room🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

We slept like 2am already just from preparing all the desserts and then wake up early at 5 am to put up all the balloons and tha tarpauline before he wakes up.

The Preparation

So last night we made allthe preparations,making gulaman,mango float, Maja blanca

we made all preparation flr the desserts and put them on the fridge to make it really cold when eaten on the day of the celebration

Watched tbe sunrise with my love because he wake up early when he realized i'm not around. Morning stroll with the trees. The sun was blocked by the tall trees that's why we only have glimpse of rays.

Next, I eventually have to give all my extra oxygen to make this balloons big...aigoooo..we aired this balloons on our little hut outside the house for we don't want to make extra noise inside the house to not make Papay wake up..So imagine losing an amount of oxygen to pump this balloons..exhausting😣🎈🎈

put this up at exactly 6am, Papay's not yet awake so we made sure to make little moves . See those fruits on the table, I want to eat them but prohibited by my older sister, tsk.

The Surprise

So by 7am we , with my sisters, wake up papay by singing him, Mananita songs(cebuano songs "Kanindot sa Kabuntagon,and "De Colores" I don't know the song) and then sing also a happy birthday song. He was all smile and all, when he entered the kitchen he was also suprised and kept on saying thank you😂😂😂, we all hug him amg say "HAPPY BIRTHDAY PAY😍" then we ate our breakfast.

Then we ushered Mom to take Papay on a little date and came back just on tome for lunch.

So they both went out in the city.And while they were away the Lechon arrive and also the cake that we ordered. We make some lumpia, pansit and menudo. just to add for the simple lunch.

They came home and once again he was surprised and became teary eyed...aigooo.sadly I didn't capture all of it for I was busy tending all the plates and the dishes..lucky me🙂

All in all my Papay's birthday was fied with happiness..and still while I'm writing this article some of our relatives came by to say their greetings alsoSo after I publish this I need to came back to the kitchen to wash the plates and other kitchen utensils.

Glad my Papay is happy,he keeps saying thank you to us😂😂

I didn't include all oyr persobal gift to him aside from the celebration, it's a secret🙈
