The gate you see is the main plaque gate of Jahangir Nagar University. I took the photo while visiting this university. It rained a lot that day so there is rain water in front of the main gate. It is sad that there is rain water in front of a public school gate. There's no drain line. I hope the authorities arrange this water return quickly.
