People from all over the world welcomed the English New Year 2021 by participating in various programs along with 12 markets this night. The new English year is also welcomed in Bangladesh through various programs. President Abdul Hamid and Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina have issued separate messages on the occasion of English New Year. In the message, they wished the countrymen, expatriate Bengalis and the world on the occasion of English New Year. In 2020, Bangladesh has achieved unexpected success in various sectors including politics, economy, agriculture, information technology. Besides, Bangladesh has advanced on the way to become a middle income country in 2020.
