It is so true that if you don't open yourself, they will never show their truth, their true feelings. It is kind of hard to be "very true" to your friends and family. Because we tend to feel that if we are very "true", they may get hurt 🤕 😬 No one wants to hurt loved ones, of course. But, I believe that it is important to be so " true" to your loved one.
