It is getting cold these days, I felt a bit reluctant to go out but I've heard that sitting 💺 too long on the one spot is one of the worst you do to get sick! 😷 So, we've got to go out and walk to maintain our health 😄 Walking is the easiest way to maintain our health 😆 I try to walk at least 5000 steps 🚶 a day. I use a HIVE block chain app to earn ACTIFIT token 😄 It is fun to maintain health and earn token at the same time.
