Lebanese restaurant in Stockholm, SwedenI recently went to a Lebanese restaurant for a friend's birthday. I visited the Middle East once when I was in Israel and I have loved Middle Eastern food ever since. I think each country has its own Middle Eastern cuisine, but the Lebanese food I had at this restaurant was really delicious.My Okan often says that we must eat "Ma go wa Ya sa shi ( Grandchild is gentle) " as healthy food.Ma - beansGo - sesameWa - seaweedsYa - veggiesSa - fishShi - Shitake mushroomHammus is made by grinding chickpeas. I was so addicted to it that I started making and eating it myself at home.
