I've finished reading "The Real Hapoy Pill 💊 " which warns us that we all are addicted to smartphones. 📱📱📱 #WTH #LOL 😆 So, we've got to take a walk, at least for a while to forget about out smartphones 😉 Smartphones are a real happy pill 💊, but we've got to be careful not to get addicted too much. Well, I'm addicted so much already, I admit. #LOL #WTH but I try to take a walk and not to check my phone 📱 for 30 minutes every day this year.
