Jpn : 友達が脱糞した時は、あなたも脱糞しなさい、新ちゃん!
Phonetic: Tomodachi ga dappun shita toki wa, anatamo dappun shinasai, Shin chan!
Eng: When your friend defecates, you have to defecate too, Shin-chan!

The original phrase which Tae Shimura said is, 「友達が泣いている時は一緒に泣いてあげればイイ 友達が悩んでいる時は一緒に頭かかえて悩んであげればいい
友達が脱糞した時はあなたも脱糞しなさい 新ちゃん」” When a friend is crying, it's good to cry together. When a friend is worried, you can hold your head together and worry.” Then, the phrase above comes after and concludes the sentence. Friendship is one of the most important things we can treasure. 😊

Shimura Tae (志村 妙 Shimura Tae), or just Otae (お妙) (the "お" (O) is an honorific used to refer to women), is the older sister of Shimura Shinpachi.
