Is bitcoin really here to ruin paper cash?

Some people will say yes, but maybe not? In el'salvador the government of that country is giving out 30$ to anyone that downloads a crypto wallet for btc. As you must have heard el'salvador is adopting bitcoin for it's main currency. ok all good but if it cripples cash paper then what is left there to back it in the physical world we live in? maybe it's intended for something else.......kind of makes you go crazy thinking about it huh. whatever it is intended to do like privacy issues comp chips in hands etc. let me know if you know everything.........have a nice evening day or morning..peace
