What a busy day Since I will be rendering my duty on Sunday, I need to process all the needed requirements and documents for my back to work clearance. After breakfast my husband accompanied me to clinic where I can request for medical certificate eventhough I am not their patient during my pregnancy. Coz the hospital where I gave birth is not accepting a walk in patient anymore either for check up or just for medical certificate. And their available schedule is for November already. So I decided to try to look for other OB who will issue a med cert although I do not have record from them. Unfortunately the clinic that was endorse to me by a friend is already transfered in somewhere else. So I tried to go to nearby mall where there is a Medical City. We reached the clinic around 11AM but the OB sched is for 2pm pa so I just gave my HMO card for them to process it so that when I comeback for 2pm sched I will just go direct to nurse station. Since we still have 3 hours I message my superior if I need to have a booster vaccine for covid.

When my superior told me that it is required to have a booster, we went to the nearest hospital which giving booster shots and vaccine since we have still 3 hours. When we are about to exit the mall we saw their Christmas display and I find it pretty good haha so I asked my husband to take photos of me hihi. I just want to feel the Christmas feels chaaarrr

But when we reached the hospital before 12noon they informed us that the vaccination will resume at 1pm. So we go home to eat lunch since the hospital is just near in our house and we just cameback at 1pm. Im glad that it only take less than an hour till I got the shots, but the problem is thd issuance of vaccination card with QR code their system have technical issue so we have to wait for my vaccination card. Since I have 2 pm schedule at Medical city I asked the staff if I can just comeback later to get my card since I have an appointment at 2pm and he agreed. So when I ask the Ob in the Medical city if she can give me the med cert that I needed, she refused right away and told me that she is not issuing med cert if its not her patient. Since Im running out of time I got sressed. so I went to mall clinic who will give fit to work and ask some clarification and tell them my situation. They adviced me to look for clinic that will issue the med cert that I needed since its for the documentation. Im glad that we find this clinic near our house who is issuing med cert eventhough I do not have a record on them. Thank God my MIL come at the right time. Tomorrow I need to get my fit to work from our mall clinic. I just hope that everything will just fine. Thata all for today😊
