The person praises you, which makes you happy, and you are very nice to him. But if a person criticizes you and you don't expect him to glorify you, then your behavior towards him changes completely and you become rude towards him, this change of behavior shows that your morality is not determined by high principles, your morality is governed by his personal interest.
