2025 New Year Resolution Challenge: Share Your Goals and Aspirations The start of a new year always brings with it a sense of hope, and for me, 2025 is no different. Looking back at 2024, it has been a year full of ups and downs. As a Nigerian, I can’t deny that the year had its challenges, and the road ahead in 2025 looks even tougher, especially with the current state of leadership in the country. But despite everything, I remain grateful, and I know that no matter how difficult things get, we’ll survive. One of the things I’m particularly thankful for in 2024 is the blogging business I started. Yes, it had its setbacks, and my blog eventually came crashing down, but I still managed to make some money from it, and that’s something I’ll always appreciate. It taught me a lot about persistence and resilience, especially when things don’t go according to plan. At the start of 2024, I made some New Year’s resolutions, and I’m all about setting realistic goals that are within my reach. Here’s how I did with my resolutions:
2024 Resolutions: Find a job: I found one, but unfortunately, I lost it. Enter into 200 Level: ✅ Accomplished! A big win for me. Get my dad a wristwatch for his birthday: ❌ Didn’t manage to do this. Get my mum a designer bag for her birthday: ❌ Again, I didn’t meet this goal. Though I didn’t accomplish everything I set out to do, I’m still grateful for the progress I made. As we step into 2025, I’ve been reflecting on the lessons learned, and I’m ready to set some new, achievable resolutions for the year ahead. 2025 Resolutions: Find a job (again): It’s a fresh start, and I’m determined to make it happen this time. Enter into 300 Level: Education is always a priority, and I’m ready to level up. Get my dad that wristwatch: I’m not giving up on this one! Get my mum that designer bag: This is happening this year, no excuses. Get closer to God: I’ve realized the importance of spiritual growth, and this is something I want to nurture. My resolutions for 2025 might be simple, but they are meaningful to me. I believe in taking things one step at a time, and this year, I’m committed to making them a reality. Now, it’s your turn! What about you? What are your New Year’s resolutions for 2025? Share with me in the comments, and let’s motivate each other to make this year one to remember!
