She is a Socialist person. Her name is Hidalgo. Hidalgo wants people to use bicycles because most cars are harmful/bad for nature. Some people don't like this because they don't want a bicycle, they like cars. Some people support this because their ideas "Nature is important for us." Hidalgo is doing a lot of things, projects to encourage the people. She will spend 180 million Euro to bicycle roads and bicycle project. Do you know it? Hidalgo banned upper 30 km speed inner cities because Hidalgo's ideas: "People should use/ride bicycles and we do anything for this."
