Difference between a Leader and a Boss
I know some of us thinks that those two words are the same like 'huh? leader is a boss, therefore being a boss makes you a leader. ❌ You've been seeing things the wrong way brother. Let me define those words in different perspective. Being a leader means being compassionate. Being a leader means having trust with your group. Being a leader means guiding your group towards achieving your goals. And the most important thing is, appreciation makes you a LEADER. What about Being a BOSS. In my perspective a boss is someone who gives rule, gives you a task and command you to do your work. A person that concerns only in the outcome of your work. In other words, production/outcome is the most important thing for them. Good Morning Every One 💓
