the dumps are driven by the global liquidity crisis. I don't currently put much faith into technical predictions. of course 1.2 to 2.8k is possible, but I wouldn't net on it. the central Banks of the world currently hold a go-wild card and they are using it. once this wave of liquidity hits those shorts are going to be in trouble. it's all about timing, and that is hard at St this time especially.
"Fibs" are highly overrated and not an effective way to trade. Price will always be near some fib level or in between 2 other fibs, and there are too many different levels to be meaningful. It's much more effective to simply use S/R from prior price action.
