How long will 64-bit last in tech world ?
****Recently 32-bit support have been declining in the last few decades, with 64-bit becoming an option from CPU manufacturers and OS developers like AMD, Intel and Microsoft.**** Some have thought about this question, how long will 64-bit last ? It is unknown due to having a massive amount of addressable memory compared to 32-bit which was a significant jump, having 4GB vs 16EB (Exabyte). But given that 32-bit lasted for few decades, we may have a large jump in transition time before we need to have our system replaced with 128-bit computing. But for now 64-bit is the current tech that will last over the next century.
