Hays I cant verify my coins wallet arggg coz I still dont have police clearance maybe after my vaccine I upgrade it to level three coz the level three is address only and all I need is brgy certification so thats why I want to upgrade to level 2 coz Idunno if I can buy a load after the updating of coins.ph.
