Maybe noise.cash temporarily decrease the heart tip to lowest value I see which is 0.001$ for the reason is they priorities the channels I see that if the owner of channel react to your post through their channel you can get lowest value of 0.01$ and the highest value is 0.20$ randomly. And because of this noise.cash get some to timeline old profit to fill channel tipping so thats what I think why noise.cash do this but I think its temporary so dont be afraid just post and enjoy guys. #BitcoinCash
