When we talk about life, many words can describe it but we don't even bother to know the real meaning or the purpose of our life.
Lately, I was so stressed facing a lot of struggles and hardships resulting from not being good and I cannot focus on important things that I used to do all the time. With my work, my side hustle and even taking care of my family I wasn't able to catch up on them. But now, I already doing fine and try to get over all the things I left behind.

Let's have a break from negative vibes and for today's blog, All I want is to spread some positive thoughts and give you good words to remember before we get off to bed. Lol, just kidding guys! I hope you don't mind and bear with me at this point.

Look for the good in every situation
I know people have different experiences and as I encountered so many challenges in life, I do not blame nor question God for all the things that happen good or bad because I always look up to the bright side of the corner of my life. Challenges made people be strong and accept fate whatever it is and embrace it wholeheartedly. Just look only at the good for you to be able to continue what life you wish to have.
Ignore what people say about you
Don't mind those people who always have a word against you, we don't have any obligation to explain the real story about our life. whatever you do, they look only at your mistakes and not even bothering if their words can hurt people. The most important is you do what is right and you don't trample on someone's life.don't bother youself on them lalo nat 'Wala namang ambag sa buhay mo".
Develop on the attitude of gratitude
We should learn how to appreciate things and be thankful for all the blessings we received even though not everybody has a good and better life, living in this world is already a blessing to us. Simply, recognizing the people who were always there to support and be true to us because they are gifts from heaven and having this kind of attitude leads us to success, happy and peaceful life ahead of us.
Once it's past, let it go
Sometimes, it's very difficult for us to ignore the things that made our lives miserable. but also it leads us to get worse therefore, we need to let them go to be set free from heartaches and I know it is the best way to move forward and leave it past. Letting go of the undesirable experienced we encountered in our whole life leads us to have a new environment and new beginnings. continue to step up and never look back on those things that made you suffer.
Don't listen to gossip
Don't let anybody ruin your plans and destroy what you started. Don't bother yourself entertaining those "maritess"(gossips) In our surroundings.Just put it in mind that they make you gossip because they are desgusted and triggered of what you achieve in life.
Design your own life
No one can control your life,you have on your own no matter what. You are the driver of your life so be it whatever you want to achieve and build your goals perfectly.fight and be strong until you catch your final destination of your journey.
Laugh more
"Laughter is the best medicine". Proverbs 17.22 of the King James Bible.
Its easy to say to smile and laugh but it really hard to keep. Trying to be happy is a good way to ease our pain and lessen our worries. But somehow,I find it helpful and gives us a better feeling of our soul.by laughing, it could also help to relax for a while and fix our emotions slowly.
Realizations
Life is like a roller coaster,Up's and down's will be your guide to continue living with dignity.I realized that no one can push you the way you want to but only yourself can do it. Live with the strength to conquer all your goals and trying your best to succeed without regrets.

Ups and downs are indeed part of our lives and so we have to live with positive mindset. Those ways that are mentioned above are helpful to distance our self from negativity. Bad times won't stay for long, and so One's it's past let it go.
