It's been found that we are technically always living in the past, seeing that our brain takes about 80-100 milliseconds to process reality. This means that before getting to understand what you see and potentially take action, it had already happened and you're playing catch up. This had me wondering that perhaps moments of Deja Vu is a flicker of time travel inside our own perception, where our brain's lag and memory misfire momentarily blur past and present into one.
