I have always been fascinated by these plants that I have renamed as "spiumacchi", I do not know their precise name, but they have, in my humble opinion, their own unmistakable unique style... Hi Caro! I think the reeds or the pampas-grass are in bloom. I can't see the leaf of the plant well. Does it grow next to a stream or lake or is it in the garden? Beautiful, I love it!

  It is in a private garden, there are apparently no water springs near them
