I would trust the noise.cash administrators on the modalities, the pace of updating or more, indicating as a last request a sort of doubling of the vote, on the one hand an evaluation by them, on the other the opinion of us users, the average of the two votes would result in the actual ranking, in such a way as to also address, in a certain sense, a vote to a user who has never voted, being able to use these parameters, without prejudice to the anonymity of the vote, because it could trigger feuds without end or false votes for fear of retaliation, I repeat firmly, we vote with conscience, with trust and above all with honesty, we do not respect a person, do we dislike him? We do not vote for her posts, let's block her, do what we think is most appropriate to not see her work but if she is able to keep a blog the best we can do is not to give her a positive vote, but get to give her a spammer, I tell you in all honesty, it is a beautiful and good cowardice, which I am convinced could also be punished by noise.cash itself, we are fair and clean, life is too short to leave room in our hearts for unmotivated grudge... ______________________________________________________ Buonasera, gentilissimi noisers, il fiore serve unicamente a dare un tocco gentile a questo post, voglio soffermarmi su alcune considerazioni che avete fatto voi in occasione del mio post di ieri sera, di supporto e di sostegno a 4 utenti (non siamo ancora a posto ma speriamo in ulteriori miglioramenti)... In particolar modo ritengo che sarebbe una grande innovazione l'introduzione, come giustamente rilevato da alcuni di voi, della visualizzazione sul profilo di ciascun utente del proprio ranking, in modo tale che ci si possa rendere conto costantemente se il nostro operato sia giudicato positivamente o negativamente... Sulle modalità, sul ritmo di aggiornamento o altro ancora mi rimetterei in fiducia agli amministratori di noise.cash, indicando come ultima richiesta una sorta di sdoppiamento del voto, da una parte una valutazione da parte loro, dall'altra il giudizio di noi utenti, dalla media delle due votazioni scaturirebbe il ranking effettivo, in modo tale anche da indirizzare, in un certo senso, un voto a un utente che non abbiamo mai votato, potendo avvalerci dei questi parametri, fermo restando l'anonimato del voto, perché potrebbe innescare faide senza fine o voti falsati per timore di ritorsioni, lo ripeto fermamente, votiamo con coscienza, con fiducia e soprattutto con onestà, non stimiamo una persona, ci è antipatica? Non votiamo i suoi post, blocchiamola, facciamo quello che riteniamo più opportuno per non veder il suo operato ma se è capace a tenere un blog il massimo che possiamo fare è non riconoscerle un voto positivo, ma arrivare a darle dello spammer, ve lo dico in tutta onestà, è una vigliaccheria bella e buona, che sono convinto potrebbe anche essere punita da noise.cash stesso, siamo leali e puliti, la vita è troppo corta per lasciare spazio nel nostro cuore al rancore immotivato... #Italiano
