I know why you like to write poetry about love because your heart has been wounded and bleeding While your mind is filled with memories which cannot be erased with time. I know why you like to sip a cup of strong coffee because it can settle your sadness and sorrow Even though you drink repeatedly never disappeared because of it. Do you know why I wrote this poem to address you? Because I am poetry, coffee, as well as bleeding wounds that settle over time Every time reminiscing about you.
