Oh so today just got worse. Decided to take a break and have something to eat so I went to my favourite bakery for a feed. Steak and kidney pie. Two Kransky sausages. Two stuffed sausages. Unfortunately the bag for the stuffed saussies gave out and one dropped on the floor. A guy saw it happen and said “Two second rule” so I took his advice and grabbed it. I then said “This pretty much sums up my entire day so far” to which I mentioned my flat tyre. After I paid and as I was leaving he said “I hope your day goes better”. That was nice of him to say that and it made me feel a little better. Then a dude with an ankle bracelet asked me for some change so he could try and get on the bus to Hawera. I explained I only use a card and have no cash. He was pleasant enough. But I was concerned about someone with an ankle bracelet asking people for money so I called the cops to make sure he was legit. I then finished the area I was working and then went home and slept for the afternoon. I’m done with today. #tired #sleep #donewithtoday
