Two days to go until Mrs Wookie completes her 7 day isolation. It turns out that I don’t actually have to isolate with her because I am classified as an essential and critical worker and therefore I only get paid for isolation if I get COVID myself. So now I’m hoping like hell I get COVID once again so I can get some needed time off to recover from almost a year of just full on cover… Or getting the manager’s position I applied for now that our branch manager’s last day is today.

Wouldnt wish Covid on anyone, but if you need a break I guess I mild form complete with isolation could help
