good evenin all foodtrip friend am not going yo cook this evening i will just re heat our food left over in lunch time.. sharing what i cooked yesterday.. i cooked too many for my family thats why i pack it like this and level it an store in my freezer.. anytime just bring out and reheat then charan time to eat..... dinner time fellow am feeding my two babies after them thats the time i will eat my dinner.. .eat in right time fellow noise to avoid getting desease
