Make sure to be ready to be ready. He might grant you your hearts desire and you will win the lottery this week but since you are not ready to handle millions you'll end up being a millionaire in just a month and become even more broke before you won the lottery.😁
So be ready for all the blessings that you wished for and do not forget that there is a gestation process to everything so just wait patiently and happily because when you ask it is always given but on the Lord's perfect time.

We are off to our grind now guys. We have two different tasks today. I just hope the sun wouldn't be that hot and the clouds will help cover Mr. Sun who is so full of himself,😄😄Anyways, we serve and work for satisfaction.
Hope We do things not just for the money or the physical currency it brings but the opportunity to give our time and services so we can truly give out our true high potential as human beings.

Water Lily Rampage!
Good morning everyone 🤗
Yesterday afternoon I received a call from one of the Water Treatment Plant's manager she was seeking our help because they don't have any manpower to check on the raw water sources from 4 of the major rivers here in our city.
Around 4pm we started going to the two rivers inside Subic Bay and the other two in the city because we still have an ongoing project yesterday. We did some clearing on the screens like removal of leaves from trees and other debris that prevents the flow of water going to the water treatment Plant.
This place where we are now was the last one we went to. We were here 6pm yesterday and we were shocked because you can't see the river anymore. All you see are lilies on the water like river of lilies. We stayed here until 8pm because by around 7pm it rained hard and the heavens were displaying a lot of lightning. Our men including hubby were already drenched and cold and tired... Talk about service guys.
So we are back here again to finish what we started last night. I am happy that the sun is shining atleast our team won't be that cold.
Below where hubby is standing is the screen barrier going to the sump pit where the pumps are. This Pumping Station supplies water for the city.
These much water lilies have become a menace to the water treatment plant plus the trash and garbage coming from houses.
So wish us guys that we will be able to clear up all of these.

Back to the Plains😉☺️
Aloha! We are back home! back to the plains!. We arrived past 6pm yesterday and without batting an eyelash headed to work right away. Like we just put down our bags then prepared the things for we received an emergency call while we were in transit going back home. We worked until past midnight. Well that's part of our work, we must always be available even if it meant not having to rest after a 6 hour trip.
I am so happy to tell you that we found a home. It is a dormitory but we took the room only for my son so he can have his own space.
I love the place because it is guarded, has cctv. He has his own t&b, his own mini kitchen and laundry area and a space for him to hang his clothes. There is internet and it's just 15 minutes ride to his school.
My son is now a full pledged Louisian, the term for the students enrolled at Saint Louis University. He is taking up Bachelor of Science major in Mechatronics Engineering.
I was crying guys during his enrollment for I can't believe how time flies so fast and I will be letting him go. All by himself, makes me sad🥺🥺😭
This is the dreaded time of parents when the time comes for us to let them go and let them soar on their own.
So spend as much time with your kids while they are still young, play with them and just put up with all their playfulness and cute menace's ☺️😄😉 For you will all miss the crazy things they did when you will be sending them off to College.👍

Yesterday, we arrived here in Baguio for my son's enrollment and also to do a house hunting. House hunting here is hard since there are a lot of students who goes to school here for there are three big Universities here
We were so exhausted yesterday that 8pm we went back to our transient hpuse 8pm I was wasted. haha.
Now it's our day 2 wish us luck guys hope we will find a good house or room for our Angelo.

This just came in, my son received the reply from the University that he is applying for.
We waited for it for a week and now their reply came. I thought I just want to share to you this happy news! ☺️☺️
I can't believe it my baby is now going to College.😟 Like for real. At first it was just like okay you apply send your application and other requirements, omg!
So I guess we will be doing some house hunting in Baguio next week.
Baguio city is a 6 hour drive from my city so it's really far.
Now, the real battle begins!😄😁😁

I am currently enjoying a very happy place called Edgewater resort.
This is a private resort only the home owners and their guests are allowed in this place. So you have the place all to yourself.
We are not homeowners guys we are just mixing work with pleasure, so to speak😍😉.

Yesterday while I was driving I saw these horses just grazing beside the road. What a sight that I had to take a photo. This place is called the El Kabayo riding stables. When you come and visit Subic you can come and ride these horses. I was just driving happily yesterday and these horses joined in my happy vibrations.☺️😊

"Nature Therapy" 🌳🌴
I feel so grateful because everywhere we work we are surrounded with nature. Like this big Balite Tree. There is this calming, peaceful, soothing, happy, tranquil feel everytime you are with nature. They teach us a lot of things like living and giving a life to exist with purpose. They just grow towards their potential. They teach us to be patient and just trust that whatever happens you will reach your highest and truest self as a child of the Universe.

Last Monday of May another day and it's June. Wow! so fast right! It will be the monsoon months here in our country, Philippines. Summer is about to end.
The sun is playing hide and seek which is good so it's not that hot.
We are working on another site now, we left the big wall but will continue after 3 days because we have a schedule at the Water Treatment Plant. The cleaning of the Filter Tanks. This is top priority because there is a schedule on the maintenance cleaning and it should be met.
I have 7 boys with me while hubby and other 4 are with him on another site. Our shadows are far apart😄😄.
We will have our working breaks so the works will be continuous. Just window window☺️
We will clean 5 filter tanks but for today we will only do 3 then the rest will be until Wednesday. Then we will go back to the cutting and removal of the giant steel wall.
After cleaning the weirs are back to its green color😉☺️
okay, back to work for me now, we just had our breaks and continued on to the second filter tank.

"Look for the Good in Everything"
This was me chillin yesterday, my view for the past week already. Surrounded with lush trees, so much greenery. Hearing a lot of different birds singing.
Seeing groups of monkeys visiting the nearby guava trees and mango trees.
Seeing the beautiful azure skies and seeing insects that I've never seen before but just glimpse of them though so I have no photos. Pretty butterflies with yellow, white, blue and black colors and a lot of creeping and crawling living things..... haha.
Grateful for my gift of sight.
Life is truly awesome and amazing if you just look for the beauty and the good in everything.

The Wall 🧱 🧱👨🏭👷👷♀️
Good day guys, How's everyone doing?
Me? well me and my team are now busy.
This is our new project, taking down or removing this huge steel wall which was built during American times. This wall is a partition inside the Aero digester Tank. We need to remove it because currently the tank is being rehabilitated. The wall is 20 ft x 20 ft height and width. The steel is so hard to take down so we have to use the oxygen- acetylene cutting and grinder as well.
I have three of our staffs with me, I am the site Engineer☺️😄👷♀️
While hubby has his own team as well on a different project site.
We are really hands on when we have work.
We always make sure the safety of our staffs are the top priority and also we make sure we give the best quality service to our client. It is important to know and see what our team are doing. This is our sixth day today. So far we are on schedule. Hope the weather will be working with us as well because the past days it rained occasionally in the afternoons.

Have you seen a crab with different colors? well, this is a first for me too because I normally see the dark brown One's. The one's that can be cooked and eaten.
An American friend of ours just came home from her trip in Costa Rica and she shared me a lot of photos she took on her trip there.

Poor Fly!
I am currently enjoying a cup of hot cocoa for our break time. While sipping just in front of me is a spider's web and a fly was trapped on it. Suddenly a spider came out and devoured the still alive fly😱😱😱 talk about having breaks! oh my! eaten alive! I wouldn't want to be on that fly's shoes.😁😁
I guess he is enjoying now this very fat fly.

Good day everyone. We are on our road trip now headed to Pampanga to fix some papers of our pick-up truck. Before we left we dropped by our favorite eatery. The place is not that fancy but the food is superb like it will really fill your belly.
My favorite is their kare-kare.
Kare kare is a rich and peanut buttery oxtail and beef stew that is braised for over two hours, includes a cornucopia of tender vegetables, and served with a side of steaming white rice. Kare kare is a classic Filipino stew that makes it the perfect comfort food.
Also their beef Kaldereta.. ooh so yummy!
Beef Kaldereta is a main stay in any Filipino Kitchen. It is a type of beef stew cooked with tomato sauce and liver spread. Ingredients such as potato, carrots, bell peppers, and olives are also utilized when cooking this dish. This is a popular dish is served during special occasions.s these two shakes, Avocado and Mango shakes.

Her name is Charmaine
Yesterday while I was purchasing some materials for our latest project. I saw a lady just right across where I parked our service vehicle, she was busy peeling off the tags from plastic bottles and then squishing them. I was wondering what she was doing because she has a lot of black plastic bags with her.
So, out of curiosity I talked to her. This is what she does everyday. She would gather up plastic bottles from trash bins, clean them up so she can sell them for a bit higher price, P10 a kilo or $0.19 in dollars. I asked here how much she earns in a day. She said she would earn around P200 or $3.83 a day enough to buy rice and viand for a day. Imagine after her hard work she would only earn a little enough to just get her by in a day.
I would hear a lot of my friends having a good life and yet still has a lot of complains about their lives and here I see a woman happy and maybe not that contented but she said as long as I am not doing anything bad and earning money decently I am happy.
My take on this is that we should be grateful however our life is now. Strive to live a decent honest living and when opportunities come make the most of it.
Count your blessings and don't ask for too much and never run beyond your strength.

Do you know that dragonflies are the worst enemies of mosquitoes, yeap! because they eat them. Dragonflies are tough subjects for photography because they constantly move. It's hard to go near them for a selfie😄

So lovely but this was the best shot I could have.
This was taken when we went on another river inspection las Friday after the first one.
We did remove 2 trees that fell on the river and a lot of rocks formed by our local tribes, the Aetas making the river as their own pool.
So sorry but we need to clear all water obstructions we are not "Kill-Joys" though we told them about the dilemma of the city having critical water level and they much obliged.

Last night I received a call that the water treatment plant's water level is already critical meaning water is already very low so they requested that we do a river inspection upstream clearing the rivers of any blockage preventing the smooth flow of water.
So here we are now at one of the main river source. removing rocks, leaves, branches, tree trunks, trash anything that blocks the water.
It's already very hot now but good thing we are by the river so the wind is cool and the water ia refreshing. I have 4 of our team with me because hubby and our other team is on another site area but not on the river.
This is our service to the people here in our city so drinking water will not be scarce.
This Saturday we will be on a different river area.
So, see you later guys we still have a long way to go. We are just enjoying the water while working at the same time.

Vertigo
Halllooooo! I miss you all guys. It's been a while since my last post. Well just a day after my last post my vertigo attacked again. I guess because of the hot weather I am always outside driving here and there staying on our project site then staying up late to do some paperworks up until past midnight like 1am.
Has anyone of you experienced vertigo?
It is very hard, let me describe it. It's like you are inside the washing machine on spin dry mode! Imagine you are spinning even if you are immobile. Spinning so hard that you will throw up even if you have nothing to throw up anymore! That's how hard it is. The last time I had this was 4 years ago. I was hospitalized for 3 days because they have to stop the awful dizziness. You wouldn't want to have this dis-ease. There is really no known reason for vertigo. Today is my 4th day and my first time to be able to sit up and just make a short post here and to say Hi to everyone.😘🤗🥰
I guess I need to rest my eyes, my brain now☺️☺️ I feel a bit light headed again.
So pardon me for not commenting back on your wonderful comments guys. Rest assured I will visit all of you once I will regain my Wonder Woman powers back, fully charged!😄😄😄

I am now enjoying this very delicious sweet Mango ice cream😁😁😁😝 well, I am just visualizing that I am eating a mango ice cream or probably a mango shake. Would love to eat something cold now. I think the temp now is 37 degrees Celsius. I am just out here sittin in our service vehicle enjoying my mango with no AC.... waaaaah!
How do you eat your mango guys? do you peel it like this as well? I love holding the mango while munching on it.
Anyways, did you know that a glass of water is equivalent to Ten Gulps! yeap! ten gulps! so count your gulps guys for you to know that you really consumed 1 glass..So we need to have 110 gulps and more in a day specially when you are living in a tropical paradise like me😄😄😜 The Hot paradise! haha.
My gosh, I think I already lost 10 lbs just by sitting here outside, feels like I'm in
a spa room. whew! 🥵🥵🥵
Oh! How I long for some rain! we never have rains here just purely hot summer weather.

Saturday grind
This is how we spent our weekend. The removal of the other mango tree. Yesterday when we were at our other site area I received a call from the logistics office of our client and told me that the other mango tree I think the brother of the first one☺️☺️ also have fallen. I thought he was just kidding me but it was really true.
So here we are again back to the same spot removing the other giant mango tree. It was really so hot today, the scorching heat made it hard for our team during the hauling of the debris, the cut tree trunks and branches.
I am glad now atleast we are almost done maybe we will extend for an hour just to finish clearing the whole area. Whew! so tiring guys but very fulfilling.

Hello guys! It's been a while since my last post. We have been so busy these past days. Just this Tuesday evening we received an emergency call from the our client..A huge mango tree fell down on one of the water clarifier Tank in the treatment plant. they phoned us 7pm an hour later we were already there.
It made me sad seeing a huge tree full of fruits uprooted. We went home past 11pm from the site then had an early midnight snacks for our team. Hubby was the one who chain sawed the big tree branches. It took us three days to finish the removal because the position of the tree trunk is critical, there are pipelines below it. We can't just remove it. We used a 5 ton chain block to hold the tree trunk to it's other half because they are two trees it uprooted at the middle. Really a tedious job. Good thing God is always there to protect us and give our Captain, Hubby always the directions to know what to do.
We just finished the removal yesterday just before lunch time. we need to clear and haul all the cut tree trunks and leaves.
We are now on a different site area. An hour ago I received another call saying we need to go back because the other half was leaning as well on to the Clarifier tank😮😲 What!!! talk about emergency calls..... Well, that's what we do, we serve so later or maybe tomorrow we will go back again to remove the other huge Mango tree.
I am happy because work always comes to us easily. Our team can work continuously so they can provide for their families. Service is were we get our Manna😇💰💲🍞

Almost Done!
Update on our barb wire installation! wooohooo! it's almost done. Pur team is at the far end of the fence already. This is our 5th day on the installation. It's so sunny here now. I am glad our boys are just happily doing the installation. I could hear them laughing while clinging onto the fence☺️☺️ of course they have their safety harnesses on because Safety is our top priority.
I am taking photos of the sky now which is having its contrast, half is summer so blue with clouds while the other side just right above our team are dark clouds.... Looked like Yin and Yang☺️.
I am so happy with this big Tamarind tree where I am seeking shelter from Mr. Sun's scorching heat. Thank you to all the trees, truly grateful for all of their love.
