Good morning noisemates🤗🤗🤗 Praying all are safe today. Praying everyone to have a happy, good and blessed day. Woke up today with frozen shoulder. It is painful I cannot lift my arms, my left arm. Last night, around past 10pm my mother-in-law came knocking and asking if we have Salonpas because she too can't mover her arms and the pain is getting worse that she said she drank a pain killer just to alleviate the pain. Hubby had to go out to buy some Salonpas. I massaged her just to sooth the pain including her legs and back. Then she went to sleep putting 1 box of Salonpas or her whole arms and shoulders. Around dawn, I too was experiencing the same pain and could not move my arms. I said, my my, what is happening. I even joke about it, I was talking to my arms, hey, are you envious that nanay has frozen shoulders that you want to experience it too☺️☺️. laughing at my arms while I was painfully rubbing it and woke up hubby just so he can put Salonpas on me as well.... Very funny. Frozen shoulder occurs when the connective tissue enclosing the joint becomes thickened and tight. Frozen shoulder, also known as adhesive capsulitis, is a condition characterized by stiffness and pain in your shoulder joint. What causes a frozen shoulder? Frozen shoulder is the result of inflammation, scarring, thickening, and shrinkage of the capsule that surrounds the normal shoulder joint. Any shoulder injury can lead to a frozen shoulder, including tendinitis, bursitis, and rotator cuff injury (rotator cuff syndrome). Have you experienced this also before noisemates? Salonpas pa more😄😄
