BUTTERFLY PEA ⚕️💠 I was out just now and I saw these Blue Ternate or butterfly pea flowers from our neighbors fence. It was draping outside by the sidewalk so, I plucked some flowers I was going to ask permission but no one was around. This will be my very first time to try to make a tea out from these flowers. My mom always tell me to try this but I replied I have not seen this kind of flower in our neighborhood maybe because that time the plant was not bearing flowers yet or I was not paying attention to it because everytime I pass by I am always in my vehicle driving but today I was just walking around the neighborhood. So funny It was just there a long time ago but never notice the plant. I guess now we are friends, I noticed how beautiful its flowers are. ☺️☺️ Did you know how healthy a butterfly pea is? Like I took a lot of shots wondering how come it is blue!!! I said.... hmmmm, so strange like I just can't understand why it is blue when in real life it is purple. Like for half an hour I was really bewildered. I thought maybe that's why it is called Blue Ternate..... Then almost an hour of just snapping and out of bewilderment, a mom who came from the Jurassic period😆😆😆 My son came down from his room and I told him about my dilemma and he said mama you have to go outside because our lightings here is incandescent not natural light which can affect white balance of the image.... omg! so, I went out and voila! ahahaha! indeed the camera was able to get its natural purple flower. Glad I have a son who knows about photography. See the difference guys, lightings indeed makes a big difference when it comes to taking pictures. Learned quiet a few something new today.
