I just took my mother and father's BP today.. They're both senior already, I'm just a little worried bout the numbers. 1st photo was my mom's, 2nd was my papa's bp and the last was mine.. I searched in google and it says 130/80 is under high blood pressure stage 1 (hypertension).. Should I have to worry? The last time I checked their BP was 4 days ago, my father's bp was 134/87 at that time..
