I would like to share to you guys one of a superstitious belief that we have here in the Philippines. When we go to an unfamiliar place, we always chant this "tabi tabi po or in Pangasinan- "bari-bari pwera bambano bae laki"(excuse us/please don't harm us)" so that the spirits will not harm you. It is a way of respecting the unseen living creatures in the area. That's a superstitious belief that we Filipino believe in.. I don't know if others still practice this but here in our place we still do. 😊 Photos taken on our way to Catilano spring in Itum Matalom Leyte.
