Philippines has a lot of dialects and it's meaning differs in every region, say for example, the word "WALA" In Pangasinan it means to have or something is existing while in Filipino or in Tagalog, Wala means nothing or it is not existing Another example is ibon/ebun ibon- in Tagalog means bird ebun- in kapampangan it means egg though it was spelled different, the way it is pronounced can confused people especially when we are not familiar with each region's dialect..😊 Isn't it fun and interesting to learn more about dialects and language?😁
