1.Sleep 2-4 Hours Only
Sleeping 2-4 hours only everyday will surely help you build up the toxins in your brain. These toxins are poisons that have the ability to change how the nervous system functions, damaging or destroying nerves. An atleast straight 6-7 hours of sleep can already wipe off such, but, if you want to have difficulty in concentrating and memorizing, be irritable from every little things all the time, and have a consistent infection in the body, the best thing to do is to stay up late at night and sleep 2-4 hours only, and that's for sure.
2.Eat A Lot of Junk Foods
Everyday, feed yourself with the different kinds of chips, hamburgers, and a non-stop softdrinks. You will surely achieve the swelling of hippocampus in your brain which is responsible for learning and memory. The recall of emotional memories is also significantly influenced by it. Thus, when you want to have difficulty in absorbing and understanding things that should be helpful in developing your career, junk foods are the key to destroy your irreplaceable learning abilities.
3.Simply Lie Down or Sit All Day
Walk only when there is a need to pee or even take your parcel from online and don't ever exercise your body for 30 minutes. Just spend that precious 30 minutes drowning yourself in social media or in chatting your crush. Even though you're already told by your friends that it's not good for the health and scolded by your parents to move around, ignore it. It is necessary to lie down and sit all day to thin out the other parts of your brain and to increase your risk of dementia as well.
4.Your Mindset Should Be Negative
Get angry at everything and turn everything you see an issue. It is necessary to train yourself to have a negative mindset all the time and towards everyone because this will surely increase your stress level. If that happens, especially regularly and you don't want to relax, your levels of cortisol will overflow. This is perfect to destroy and lessen your brain cells, plus, an irritating headache.
5. Just Continue and Don't Ever Stop Your Vices
Smoking, vaping, and drinking alcohol? Go on, don't be shy! It's your life, your money, and your future. As per the fact that our lungs are made for the essential oxygen, period.
6.Don't Talk To People
You should be focused only on your phone, laptop, and whatever gadget it is that you have. All day, just watch on Netflix or something. Zero interaction implies to an increase risk of inevitable stroke.
7.Don't Listen To Your Doctor's Advice
When you know your blood pressure and blood sugar is high, don't listen to your doctor. Just listen to your neighbors'advice in taking herbs and your blood pressure will surely increase and your blood sugar as well will increase even more. These are important aspects for you to have a stroke. With that, it would be more expensive with the medicine, the admission in ICU, and the fee of PF for different doctors.

I was laughing when I got to watch it through my friend's shared post because I can relate for real, most especially these days, that our class is still online. I'm facing my phone the whole day 'cause if there's no class, I usually take care of some activities or watch my favorite series. I still help on the household chores which can be a great way to exercise as well, but most of the time, I don't really leave my room. Aside from that, sleeping late has been honestly my hobby too that's why when I've watched it, I'm reminded again but this time, deeply.
