This is something good happening. Sick people who literally shove elderly to the floor has to stop. This reminded me of during the 80s in Malaysia when local young men and family men from "Rukun Tetangga" volunteers who came out to patrol together to catch perpetrators (who have been stealing, attacking women and break in) to the authorities. Community just need to positively actively work together instead on 100% relying government to do all the work. #WorldNews
