Noise.Cash, something is very very odd happening. The system says I have 20¢ worth of free tips to give, but i can never be able to tip anything that will deduct the balance below 20¢. I cannot even tip 1 cents sometimes until new free tips come in and it is a total of 22¢ cents. Is my balance saved in a faulty manner?
