Blessed Saturday everyone! I was fortunate to be blessed with bananas but the returning heat wave has caused them to ripe faster than anticipated. So with a bit of flour, an egg, baking powder, honey, milk and vegetable oil, these golden beauties were made for #breakfast Fortunately both my parents enjoyed it as they were fluffy , soft and not too thick and chewy 😁 How was your breakfast today ?
