A simple dinner today, just reheating everything except the vege and the sauce on the lower left. 😜 --- Mom did a simple tomato sauce coated spaghetti using angel hair pasta I. The afternoon while waiting for me to fetch her for her doctor's appointment and she tole me previously she did some minced chicken with vege nuggets earlier in the freezer. Pop in the air fryer, heat up the wok anf heat it up, chop the garlic, crack up the frying pan, tear some lettuce and refry the egg wash balance yesterday to whip up a dinner while the folks rested after a long day at the clinic.
