Recently a Muslim doctor had his first experience taking care of a stray dog by welcoming it to their home. He was brought up in the wrong mindset that all dogs are "haram" (uncleaned) out of context because stray dogs were scavengers. While realising reading his word of god there were no mention dogs were haram by default (except when they are wet), he took the dog in with his family, and the dog was happy, healthy, clean and guarding the house ever since. The dog always jumps towards them with its tail wagging when they came home and they got scared until their non Muslim neighbours explained that the dog was very happy to meet them. The doctor was very happy to say, "even animals know how to be grateful" and "how can it be haram to save a life, compared to politicians who swindle the money of the suffering people? The corrupted politicians' actions are far more haram than saving a dog's life."
