My noise-r friend asked why I could push though I feel the pain and the burn. These days, staying healthy and not overweight is important when we have an unprecedented enemy lurking. --- My own records becomes my motivation. --- Also, Just got a call that my dad's cousin in the States died of Covid-19. Yesterday after 2 weeks hospitalised. His daughter is around my age and now she too is covid-19 positive and battling through. My uncle had, diabetes, hypertension, prostate issue, high cholesterol, liver fat, all lum sum together. --- So staying relatively healthy especially building the lungs would have a higher fighting chance. #Health
