It has been 2 weeks since I actually tend to this box and I am glad I caught the mealy bug infestation very early. Looking at its vibrant growth undisturbed, it is time to harvest them, and I only finished 1/3 only and it is already enough to have a really scrumptious salad for breakfast for 3 (plus a hardboiled egg and avocado 🥑! #GardenChronicles
