After the first failed attempt letting the machine do all the work for the banana bread using the sweat bread feature, which I think that the dough was literally over kneaded, mom decided to ask me to teach her the manual feature, using another YT vid (where she didn't share me just yet) using the machine to knead the first 2 rounds, and then hand fold on the 3rd round, followed how the YTber purposefully made the loaf that looks exactly like a bunch of bananas, turned out perfect! (while I was busy WFH attending to all the office needs) Mom's touch is still magical! #Baking
