I have a really good boss who has started using his own savings to keep everyone afloat. We even applied for loans from the government aid but this is not going to work long term, especially when your asset are properties and you cannot sell them because there is no buyer, and you can't rent them because bad rent tenant / no tenant at all may occur. I hope with my exposure here and able to create something stable, maybe I can propose to my boss so that every employee can be paid 10% in crypto into a passive income account like DeFi to accumulate their "salary" and withdraw when needed. Haha... what an optimistic ideal dream... but maybe small businesses should actually do that?
