Just saw this part of news... I shake my head. In (hopefully) most South East Asian countries, a 28 year old see a 90 year old elderly, they help the senior; while in California, a 28 year old see a 90 year old elderly, he pushes the elderly who hit on the floor and had severe injury. The same 28 year old literally go and rob at a pharmacy with more elderly people. He looks really tall and didn't use his height for something good. Sigh.
