When you ran out of cash, the good thing you have could just be the edible greens you planted. With work back in the office i have less and less time attending to my terrarium; but the good thing about this "farming technology" is that if you suddenly run out of food, these greens could just save you from starvation. I am so happy these watercress salad are still healthy. Enough for a meal! Thanks to @pwdsmartfarmability for starting this project pre covid! Truly God sent anticipating this could happen! #foodsecurity
