Experimenting the conversion between xDAI to Polygon from all the USDC rents that has sent to me from RealT throughout the months I didn't collect. I do loose a few mini cents along the way, but I guess this is probably one of the cheapest to make my USDC to make more money without losing almost 50% of its value just to move it to ERC20 at the moment. It is a little slow during cross chain moving, and you need to see how many liquidity is available there in the network; but to be able to swap between Polygon , BSC and xDAI, this is definitely a usable space.
